About REP: REP designs world-class, innovative gym equipment that is sold around the world, and we are now expanding into apparel, supplements, athletes, and events. REP was established in 2012 by two brothers who shared a deep passion for fitness. From our humble beginnings of selling bumper plates out of a small garage, REP has experienced remarkable growth, now occupying over 300,000+ square feet of office and distribution space in the USA and internationally. With a dedicated team of over 200+ fitness enthusiasts, our vision is to be the #1 Strength Brand in the World. Our commitment to innovation, customer service, and value sets us apart.
This role is based in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Carlisle is considered one of the best places to live in Pennsylvania, and USA Today even nominated it as one of the Best Historic Small Towns in 2022. This is not a remote position and requires you to work in the office five days a week.
Our Core Values:
- Think Like a Customer - We empathize with our customers; understand the 'why' behind every decision we make.
- Progress not Perfection - We don't let perfect get in the way of good; we are better today than we were yesterday.
- Positive Attitude - Be a glass half-full kind of person and remember to have fun.
- Teamwork without Ego - We put the team above ourselves; we only win together.
- Take Initiative - We drive momentum; if there is an opportunity to make us better, we want to hear it.
About This Role: REP Fitness is scaling fast, and we need someone who can own a site through the next chapter. We're not looking for a manager to maintain the status quo. We need a Sr. Manager who has already been through a volume inflection, has built a supervisory bench, and can run a site with enough autonomy that the Director of Distribution is focused on the network, not putting out fires on the floor.
Essential Functions:
- Site Operations Leadership - Own full day-to-day operations: inbound receiving, put-a-way, pick, pack, ship, returns, and inventory control — delivering site KPIs on throughput per labor hour, pick accuracy, ship accuracy, on-time fulfillment, and inbound cycle time.
- People & Organizational Leadership - Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of Supervisors, Leads, and Associates.
- Scalability & Network Standards - Partner with the Ops Excellence Manager and Director of Distribution to build, maintain, and execute against network-wide DC SOPs.
- Systems & Technology - Operate fluently in RF-SMART WMS and RF Ship / Pace jet TMS.
Travel: Minimal: 1-2 times a year.
What You Will Bring:
- Demonstrated track record of managing a DC through a significant volume of inflection.
- Full budget ownership experience.
- Proficiency with a WMS platform at an operational ownership level.
- Strong data skills.
- OSHA compliance and safety program ownership experience.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
- 8–12 years of experience in distribution center or warehouse operations.
- Experience managing a full supervisory layer.
Core Competencies:
- Ownership Mentality: You run this site like it's yours.
- Scale Readiness: You don't get rattled; you get organized.
- Builder: You leave infrastructure behind.
- Data-Driven: You manage metrics, not by gut.
- Employee-First: You understand that labor retention, engagement, and energy on the floor are leading indicators of operational performance.
- Candor: You tell the Director what's actually happening.
- Successor Mindset: Within 12–18 months you're ready to lead a director-level function.
- CI Mindset: You surface problems, test solutions, and create space for the people around you to feel the same way.
What's in it for You: Our commitment to quality and transparency applies not only to our products, but to our people. We are focused on creating a fun, exciting, collaborative space that’s centered around health and well-being.
Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
