About this Role:
We're looking for a digitally sharp, detail-driven E-Commerce Executive to help power the REP Fitness UK and EU web stores. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the customer experience, trading performance, and continued growth of our Shopify stores across the UK and Europe.
What you can expect to be doing:
- Ecommerce Trading & Site Maintenance: Support the day-to-day management of the REP Fitness UK and EU Shopify stores, ensuring products, collections, promotions, and content are accurate, engaging, and commercially effective.
- Product Content & Customer Experience: Maintain and optimise product descriptions, imagery, metadata, and category content to support both customer experience and search performance.
- B2B Ecommerce Channel Development: Help build the foundations of REP's UK and EU B2B ecommerce operation, supporting trade account management, order processing, and customer communications.
- Analytics & Global Collaboration: Monitor sales, traffic, and conversion performance, using data to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will already have experience within an ecommerce or digital retail environment and be comfortable balancing day-to-day execution with a proactive, growth-focused mindset.
Experience:
- 2–3+ years' experience in an E-Commerce, digital retail, or online trading environment ideally Global.
- Hands-on experience supporting an online store, preferably Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform.
- Experience maintaining product catalogues, content, merchandising, promotions, and on-site trading activity.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement preferably GA4 or similar.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong Shopify knowledge, including product management, collections, promotions, and content updates.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of how ecommerce activity influences sales, conversion, and customer experience.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate product and site data.
- Data-literate and comfortable using tools such as Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics to support decision-making.
Ideal Background:
Candidates may currently be working in ecommerce, digital merchandising, online trading, marketplace management, or ecommerce support roles within retail, consumer goods, sporting goods, fitness, or other digitally led product businesses.
