About this Role:
We’re looking for an E-Commerce Account & Sales Executive to join our team and drive the REP Fitness growth story across the UK and Europe. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end sales journey and optimizing our digital B2B platform to deliver a seamless, premium experience for our commercial clients.
Digital Excellence & Platform Growth:
- Optimize the Journey: Take full ownership of the B2B eCommerce platform, ensuring a premium "front-to-back" user experience that minimizes friction and maximizes conversion.
- Merchandising for Impact: Execute strategic product merchandising and pricing configurations to ensure our digital catalogue is commercially competitive and aligned with market trends.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Brand and eCommerce teams to maintain high-quality, relevant content that positions our portal as a one-stop destination for clients, including marketing campaigns.
End-to-End Sales Execution:
- Lead Management: Act as the primary point of contact for inbound B2B leads across all digital channels, qualifying opportunities and guiding them through the sales funnel.
- Quotation & Conversion: Architect accurate equipment packages and quotations, proactively following up to maximize conversion rates and meet commercial targets.
- Revenue Optimization: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the REP product range to increase average order values.
- Outbound Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage prospective commercial and trade customers through outbound calling, targeted email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities and build a consistent pipeline.
Client Success & Relationship Management:
- Premium Onboarding: Lead the setup and onboarding of new commercial accounts, providing high-touch communication and training on our B2B portal.
- The Voice of the Customer: Actively gather and translate client feedback into actionable insights to improve our internal processes and platform functionality.
Operational Integrity & Analytics:
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse weekly performance reports (traffic, revenue, and conversion) to identify growth opportunities and track pipeline health.
- Process Coordination: Partner with logistics, finance, and external sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and customer queries are resolved promptly.
- System Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records within the CRM to ensure data consistency across all sales and digital systems.
Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for someone with a strong combination of commercial awareness, e-commerce experience, organisational capability, and customer focus. The ideal candidate will already be working in e-commerce, with inside sales, internal sales, or customer-facing commercial experience within a B2B environment.
Experience:
- Previous eCommerce experience required (Either in B2B, Marketplaces, Digital Retailers preferred).
- Experience executing pricing strategies, online promotions & ensuring the website experience is optimised.
- Previous experience analysing data, trends, and sales.
- Prior knowledge of GA4 would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in inside sales, internal sales, or B2B customer service, preparing quotations and orders.
- Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools (e.g B2B ordering portals).
Skills & Attributes:
- A 'Digital' and 'Sales' first individual, with a solid understanding of all things eCommerce and the customer journey from start to finish.
- Data knowledge, Including GA4 and similar analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commercial approach to sales.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, enquiries, and priorities effectively.
- Proactive and team-oriented, with a willingness to support wider sales efforts.
Ideal Background:
Candidates may currently be working in an eCommerce Role, or commercial support roles within industries such as fitness equipment, strength training, sporting goods, or other B2B product-based sectors.
