Compensation Range: 110,000. The salary range listed reflects the base pay for this role at Altus Group and is provided where required by local regulations. We are hiring a Director of Enterprise Business Applications to lead the strategy, operational maturity, and evolution of Altus Group’s enterprise applications landscape. Reporting to the VP, IT Service & Operations, you will oversee critical business platforms including Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise applications that underpin commercial operations, customer lifecycle management, Finance, HR, and service delivery across the business. This is a UK-based role with flexibility to work remotely, alongside occasional travel for in-person collaboration, including time at our Manchester office as required.

As our new Director of Enterprise Business Applications, you will:

  • Lead the enterprise applications function, overseeing the strategy, operational performance, and evolution of critical business platforms.
  • Partner across the business, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and improve operational processes.
  • Drive roadmap planning and operational governance, establishing stronger structure and prioritization across the enterprise applications landscape.
  • Lead and evolve a multidisciplinary team, providing leadership, direction, and support.
  • Strengthen delivery and decision-making processes, introducing scalable processes and governance standards.
  • Support technology modernization and AI adoption, identifying opportunities to modernize workflows.
  • Collaborate across architecture and technology teams to ensure alignment with broader technology standards.
