Altus Group is building modern, AWS-native platforms used globally, and we are looking for a Technical Engineering Manager who enjoys leading people, shaping technical direction, and staying close to real engineering work. This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery and people leadership. You will lead a team of talented engineers, help them do their best work, and create an environment where psychological safety, continuous improvement and thoughtful adoption of AI are the norm, not just buzzwords. These checks may include, but are not limited to, verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal records, credit history (where relevant), and reference checks. The scope and nature of background checks may vary depending on the role, location, and applicable laws. All background checks will be conducted in compliance with local laws and regulations, and candidates will be informed of any checks required as part of the recruitment process.
