Job Overview

The Business Development role will build the reseller channel and manage relationships in the technology territory, driving channel development, accountability, and sales growth.

  • What you will be doing
  • Developing relationships with reseller customers and increasing sales and SOW.
  • Creating strategies to maximize sell-through of products within channels.
  • Closely managing and enabling channel performance related to pipeline growth, partner team alignment, and forecast accuracy.
  • Identifying key sales opportunities and managing sales against targets.
  • Collaborating with marketing to drive programs and events that extend relationships to new prospects.
  • Staying abreast of competition, competitive issues, and product developments.
  • Reviewing activities and pipeline weekly; preparing monthly/quarterly sales reports, gap analyses, and regional market updates for internal review.
  • Continuously learning about new products and improving selling skills.
  • Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows.
  • Traveling for business as required.

  • Demonstrated sales experience in developing partner and key reseller channels.
  • 5+ years of successful field sales experience within the related territory (IT, Consumer Electronics, or CCTV industries).
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve sales targets and efficiency.
  • A creative and strategic mindset, able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent time‑management skills, competitive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Passionate and persuasive with excellent communication skills.
