Position Summary
We are looking for a digitally savvy marketer with experience in B2B email marketing and social media to help drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across our channels. You will work closely with our internal team and designers to plan, execute, and optimise content and campaigns that connect with our audience and reflect our brand values. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Active Campaign, from concept through to reporting and optimisation.
- Own and manage our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging, well-crafted content tailored to each channel and audience.
- Collaborate with designers and consultants to translate ideas into campaigns that support wider marketing and business goals.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Maintain and update contact lists and campaign workflows, ensuring high standards of data hygiene.
- Support broader content initiatives including blogs, case studies, and event promotion where needed.
Required Experience
- Proven experience managing B2B email marketing and social media, ideally within an agency or digital services environment.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms.
- Experience using platforms like Active Campaign, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and confidence working in a fast-paced team.
- Understanding of CRO, UX, SEO or digital strategy is a bonus.
