We are looking for a UX/ UI Designer to primarily produce exceptional design solutions to AB testing hypotheses and, when available, be the primary designer on larger design projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background creating intuitive, customer-focused designs using a data-driven approach. They will be capable of thinking outside of the box and be more innovative than repetitive. They will be confident working with senior client stakeholders, complex structures, and agile methodology.
Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience
As a UX/ UI Designer at REO, you will be taking problems set by consultants and translating them into exceptional UX design solutions which align with our clients strategies. You will be presenting your design process to clients whilst talking them through your ideas and the relevant evidence underpinning them.
Requirements & Personal Characteristics
- Excellent knowledge of both UX and UI design as well as branding and design systems
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, presenting your design thinking and rationale
- Understanding of how to effectively apply qualitative and quantitative data to your design solutions
- Having a strong UX focus and understanding of customer behaviour
- Experience working with desktop, mobile and tablet websites/apps
- Experience sketching, wireframing and prototyping
- Experience working in agile
- Have outstanding personal and communications skills both internally and externally
- Experience working in Figma
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Experience moderating UX research sessions
- Experience of working with product teams and product owners
