Requirements:
- 2–4 years of software development experience, or we welcome a strong recent graduate
- Working proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; React experience is a plus
- Comfortable with SQL, JSON, and REST APIs
- A background in software or computer science, or in automation/engineering with solid hands‑on coding skills
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is desirable, ideally with exposure to OPC UA, MQTT, or Modbus
- Experience with time‑series data and connectivity, including drivers and middleware such as KEPServerEX is desirable
- Experience building dashboards or data visualisations is desirable
Responsibilities:
- Build end‑user applications in React on our Industrial Data‑Ops platform
- Build and maintain data pipelines in Python and SQL, ingesting, transforming, and contextualising industrial data
- Help design, build, and maintain the industrial knowledge graph that our applications run on
- Support wider IIoT project delivery, including data ingestion, technical documentation, custom driver development, and hardware testing
- Work hands‑on with industrial data from plant‑floor and OT systems
- Support colleagues delivering projects on customer sites, including remote assistance with data connectivity, drivers, and troubleshooting
- Contribute directly to production applications from an early stage, working alongside senior engineers
