Were looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a friendly, high-performing finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This is a great opportunity to take ownership, add value, and grow within a supportive and engaging business.
What youll be doing:
- Producing monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets
- Delivering clear variance analysis and meaningful commentary
- Supporting business decision-making with insightful financial analysis
- Assisting with year-end processes and audit support
- Improving processes and driving efficiencies across finance
What were looking for:
- Management Accountant experience (UK-based)
- Qualified by experience or ACCA / ACA / CIMA (qualified or part-qualified)
- Strong Excel skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working with stakeholders outside of finance
