About The Role
- Assist the Lead Installer in Installing home remodeling products according to Rite Window\’s standards.
- Help Setup jobsites per the Lead Installer’s guidelines
- Help with any cleanup needed to ensure a clean jobsite after the installation is completed.
- Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
- Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respects install paperwork with the homeowner, including collecting final payment.
What You \’ll Bring:
- Replacement Window & Door Installation, or carpentry experience
- 6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience
- Must have a valid driver\’s license and good driving record.
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
- Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time.
- Must provide own hand tools
- DOT Health Card
- OSHA 10 – Preferred
- OSHA 30 – Preferred
- Lift up to 75LB
