Install Helper – $18-$22/hr

About the role
- Assist the Lead Installer in installing home remodeling products according to Rite Window standards
- Help set up jobsites per the Lead Installer’s guidelines
- Help with cleanup to ensure a clean jobsite after installation
- Apply finish work as needed for various construction applications
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat homeowners and their property with respect; complete install paperwork with the homeowner, including collecting final payment
What you’ll bring
- Replacement window & door installation, or carpentry experience
- 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical strength, stamina, and ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Must provide own hand tools
- DOT health card
- OSHA 10 – Preferred; OSHA 30 – Preferred
- Lift up to 75 lb
