RENUE launched in November 2024 and we’ve already proven the model - a community-led, premium maternity lingerie brand built for modern mothers. We’re early, we’re moving fast and we need a Social Media & Content Executive who wants to be right at the heart of it.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be scheduling posts from a rigid content calendar while someone else makes all the decisions. You’ll be personally shaping how RENUE shows up online; creating content with our Founder, owning our community and turning real customer stories into content that converts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO- Content Creation
- Own all content creation across Instagram and TikTok; stills, reels, UGC-style and editorial
- Work directly with our Founder to develop and shoot content that feels authentic, aspirational and on-brand
- Bring new ideas constantly; concepts, formats, trends you want to test
- Lead on shoot days; mood boarding, set direction, and capturing branded content in the moment
- Execute content for paid and organic digital marketing assets
- Social Media Management
- Run RENUE’s Instagram and TikTok day-to-day; posting, scheduling, community management and DMs
- Build monthly content plans that are thoughtful, commercially informed, and genuinely exciting to produce
- Track performance and use data to sharpen what we do, you’ll know which content is driving growth and why
- Keep us ahead: always scouting new platforms, formats and tools
- Community & Influencer
- Manage our influencer and UGC programme end-to-end; outreach, briefing, gifting logistics and relationship building
- Build genuine community on both platforms
- Support marketing activations and events, both digital and IRL
- Work with external partners on community experiences that bring the brand to life
- 1–2 years in a consumer or e-commerce brand (start-up experience a bonus, not a requirement)
- A natural on TikTok and Instagram; you understand the culture, not just the mechanics
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Canva and Planoly
- A strong creative eye; you instinctively know what looks beautiful and what doesn’t
- Camera comfortable, happy to appear on screen when needed
- Data-literate; you use numbers to back up creative decisions and demonstrate growth
- Highly organised and self-directed, you manage your own time and flag issues before they become problems
- Commercially minded; you think about what content does for the business, not just how it looks
- Genuinely passionate about sustainability and maternal wellbeing
