The Catering Technician Role involves carrying out a variety of hygiene cleaning services within the catering industry, including commercial kitchen cleaning and ventilation cleaning. All Technicians are professionally trained in each product and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working reactively in a fast‑paced business where work can change from week to week
- Working as part of an on‑call rota
- Offering valuable advice to customers when required
- Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
- Self‑motivated, reliable and proactive
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
- Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces
- Previous experience working in a kitchen/catering cleaning role is advantageous
- Experience working with specialist cleaning chemicals is preferred
- May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for
