In this field-based role, you'll visit both new and existing customers, survey their properties, and determine solutions to address or prevent their specific pest issues. Daily travel is required, so you should be comfortable being on the move. Providing excellent customer service is essential to everything we do, and your efforts will be crucial in ensuring our customers are satisfied with our service.
Responsibilities
- Visit new and existing customers, survey properties, and determine solutions to address or prevent pest issues.
- Travel daily to customer sites and maintain a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Work with customers to identify appropriate pest control solutions and schedules.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent problem solver.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Background in face-to-face sales with customers regularly.
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
