Responsibilities:

  • Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks.
  • Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest activity.
  • Offer valuable advice to customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
  • Complete accurate reports after every visit.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, upholding a professional image at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than six points.
  • A desire to work hard, have fun, and interact with customers daily.
  • Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
  • May be required to pass a DBS check, depending on the role applied for.
