Your role as a Pest Control Technician will involve covering a dedicated geographical area and providing support to our customers by resolving their pest issues.
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
- Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
- Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
- Completing accurate reports after every visit.
- Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
Qualifications:
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Education to GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
- Passing a DBS check (depending on the role applied for).
