Specialist Hygiene Technician – Croydon Branch
We are currently seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our dedicated team at the Croydon branch, covering the South West and South East London.
No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training.

Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hygiene cleaning services across various environments and premises including biohazard cleaning, flood water damage clean up, infection control, police and prison cell cleaning, sharps removal, trauma and crime scene cleaning, factory cleans, high level cleaning, silo cleaning.
- Work reactively in a fast‑paced business where work can change from week to week.
- Work as part of an on‑call rota (paid at an enhanced rate).
- Offer valuable advice to customers when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Self‑motivated, reliable and proactive.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
- Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
- May be required to pass a DBS check, depending on the role applied for.
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary: £26,655 per annum plus a £2,000 yearly allowance.
Relocation package: up to £5,000 for moving from more than 2 hours away.
