Overview

Your role starts as a Pest Control Technician where you will cover a specific geographical area for the first 6‑12 months.

You will provide support to customers by resolving pest control issues and receive comprehensive industry‑recognised training.

We are currently seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to join our dedicated team covering Royston, Letchworth, Biggleswade and Sandy.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive, industry‑leading training.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks.
  • Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
  • Offer advice to customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
  • Complete accurate reports after every visit.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject (including Social Science) or BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
  • Desire to work hard, have fun, meet and interact with customers daily.
  • Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
  • May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.
  • No prior experience required.

Salary and Benefits

  • Basic salary of £27,788 per annum with £1,000 London weighting.
  • Expected OTE: £32,566 per annum (bonus and commission schemes available).

  • Full‑time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40‑hour week), potential for up to 48 hours with increased salary.
