We are currently seeking a Junior HR Advisor to join our dedicated team at the Dudley office. If you have previously worked in a HR capacity and enjoy working closely with colleagues to solve problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Why Join Rentokil Initial?, As a Junior HR Advisor, you will support managers across the business and advise them on employee relations issues.
- Reviewing absence management and reporting on this
- Analysing HR data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Ensuring all new legislation, policies and procedures are communicated appropriately
- Attending employee relations meetings to take notes
- Taking part in various meetings to highlight and address any process improvements
- Previous HR experience
- CIPD Level 3 or above
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong IT skills in particular with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
