We are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join our dedicated team at the Dudley office. If you have a strong background in administration and enjoy working closely with colleagues to solve problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the main point of contact for any queries linked to HR administration via telephone, email and chat messages
  • Sending out new hire onboarding documents, leaver letters and amendments to contracts
  • Checking data input from line managers on Workday for new starters, leavers and changes and push back if needed for corrections
  • Dealing with reference requests
  • Creating personnel files for new starters
  • Checking your own work for payroll input before cut off each month
  • Any additional duties as required by the business
  • Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • Previous HR experience is not essential; a strong background in administration is suitable
  • A basic understanding of HR processes is helpful
  • Strong IT skills in particular with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Workday is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
