Responsibilities

  • Create and own the overall implementation plan including specific tasks and actions
  • Hold weekly calls to drive progress and ensure implementation is on plan
  • Monitor and report on progress to plan, escalating risks as they occur
  • Stakeholder communication with country, regional and Group teams at all levels of the organisation
  • Identification and management of Risks, Issues and Dependencies across the implementation plans
  • Manage expectations of all project stakeholders
  • Manage 3rd party vendors to ensure completion of implementation tasks
  • Responsible for managing project scope
  • Responsible for ensuring project delivers to agreed Time, Cost and Quality constraints
  • Ensure the project adheres to RI Project Management Framework, including completion of all relevant documentation
  • Management of testing, including stakeholder liaison for test script productions and ensuring execution of agreed test plans
  • Ensure the project adheres to relevant SOX controls

Qualifications

  • Previous Project Management experience in Finance system implementations
  • Excellent written skills with the ability to produce coherent, accurate and articulate documentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrates high integrity
  • Ability to deliver results

  • Experience of working in a complex, multi-priority organisation
  • Experience of working on Finance Consolidation Tool implementations
