Overview
The purpose of this role is to handle customer enquiries and support the business in increasing sales volumes. You will be making appointments to new customers for our field-based sales executives.

Responsibilities
- Using outbound calls to generate and convert business for new and existing customers
- Increasing the productivity of sales in your geographical area
- Answering incoming queries and informing relevant parties
- Increasing conversion of sales against marketing-driven campaigns
- Attending and participating in monthly sales meetings
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a contact centre or sales environment would be preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- Salary: £23,905 per year
