The Service Team Leader Role
As a Service Team Leader, you will support the branch's operations and organise the Service Driving team. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and organising routes for our drivers.
- Organising the fleet of vehicles we have.
- Managing a certain number of drivers within the branch.
- Dealing with customer complaints and queries.
- Identifying ways to improve the quality and efficiency of customer service.
- Providing support and development for colleagues in the branch.
- Keeping relevant documentation up to date including vehicle information.
- On occasions, you may need to cover driving routes.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment.
- Experience in managing within a service delivery environment would be advantageous but this is something we can offer training on.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
- Ability to use own initiative and have a positive 'can do' attitude.

- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
