We currently have an internal promotional opportunity for a Local Operations Manager to join our dedicated team at Branch 51. If you have 2 years minimum experience in a service/sales role and you enjoy working in a fast-paced, operational role, this could be the perfect job opportunity for you!

The Role
In this operational management role, a large proportion of your time will be spent in the field supporting staff and visiting customers. In particular, you will be responsible for directly managing members of the team, area planning and staff development. You will be expected to continually monitor performance, data, review trends and action any issues as required. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing recruitment, absences and HR responsibilities
- Ensuring the contractual obligations of our customer base are met
- Increasing and retaining the number of individual contract customers through new and additional business
- Ensuring that the customer\’s pest control needs are met by local Technicians
- Generating revenue streams against set targets
- Monitoring and managing P&L and debt responsibilities
- Analysing data to manage risks and make informed decisions
- Ensuring that we are compliant with all Health & Safety regulations
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Solid exposure within the Pest Control industry
- Completed the Level 2 RSPH or BPCA
- Must have worked in a front-line service/sales role for a minimum of 2 years
- Self-motivated and an excellent problem solver
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Resilient with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet business targets
- Proven ability to deliver results and act commercially
- Good people management skills
