The Role
As an Automation Support Analyst, you will ensure the smooth operation of our Speed Applications and support our RPA platform. You will also collaborate with various teams including Automation, IT and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional support to optimise automation performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigating and resolving issues.
- Monitoring our support system.
- Ensuring the platforms are functioning properly and rectifying any issues that may arise.
- Performing platform maintenance.
- Providing management information support including reports that provide insight into system performance.
- Assisting with administration linked to various applications.
- Taking ownership and rectifying support issues.
- Communicating with customers to understand and support their needs.
- Escalating any complex issues.
Requirements
- Technical proficiency and knowledge of HTML, SQL, Google Apps Script, BigQuery, Android, Excel and automation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn.
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
