We are currently seeking an Asbestos Operative to join our dedicated team, covering the London area.

The Role
Your role as an Asbestos Operative will involve covering a dedicated geographical area and providing support to our customers by resolving their asbestos issues. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing asbestos removal, encapsulation, and environmental cleaning within the Utilities Sector.
- Adhering strictly to the issued Plans of Work, current UK legislation, comprehensive specifications, and the DCUK FM Ltd Standard Operating Procedures and Health and Safety guidelines.
- Following directives from the Asbestos Removal Supervisor.
- Ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and care of all provided Personal Protective Equipment, Respiratory Protective Equipment, and Asbestos Removal plant and equipment, immediately reporting any malfunctions or defects.
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience removing asbestos is advantageous
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence is preferred but is not essential
- Asbestos Awareness Training is preferred but not essential
- A can-do attitude, and the ability to use your own initiative
- Great communication and customer service skills with a keen, enthusiastic and friendly approach
