The Service Team Leader Role
As a Service Team Leader, you will support the branches' operations and organise the Service Driving team. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and organising routes for our drivers
- Organising the fleet of vehicles we have
- Managing a certain number of drivers within the branch
- Dealing with customer complaints and queries
- Identifying ways to improve the quality and efficiency of customer service
- Providing support and development for colleagues in the branch
- Keeping relevant documentation up to date including vehicle information
- On occasions, you may need to cover driving routes
Requirements
Service Team Leader Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Have demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment
- Experience in managing within a service delivery environment would be advantageous but this is something we can offer training on
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
- Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
