We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a great attitude to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, based out of our Hobart depot, servicing all around Launceston, Tasmania.
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for working with commercial and residential customers to keep their premises pest-free.
Duties- Inspecting client premises thoroughly for any sign of pests
- Carrying out measures as required to eliminate the pests
- Identifying sales leads in the region where possible
- Building rapport with and communicating with clients regarding the eradication and prevention process
- Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Current and valid Australian open/full driver’s licence
- Eligible to work full-time in Australia
- Availability for possible overnight stays in remote areas
- Interest in Pest Control or related industry experience
- Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
- Communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
- Physically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
- High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
- An ability to consistently work within both our client’s and Rentokil’s safety parameters
- Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
