Initial Washroom Hygiene Warehouse Operative
We are currently seeking a Warehouse/ Service Support Operative to join our dedicated team at the
Woodford branch.
No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training.

Compensation: Start with a basic salary of £26,655 per annum, with an additional allowance of £1,000. Expected OTE: £28,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.
- The Warehouse Operative Role
- Preparing customer stocks for route delivery
- Assisting drivers with loading and unloading of vehicles
- Working closely with drivers and management to ensure customer stocks are prepared for delivery
- Completing daily tasks such as packing, sorting and segregation of mats, rolls, sanitary bins, nappy bins and other customer stocks
- Organising work area to ensure that the service centre is efficient and effective
- Focussing on meeting customer service expectations
- Warehouse Operative Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Organised, self‑motivated and reliable.
- Demonstrate clear and confident communication skills with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
