Ambius Junior Team Leader
We are currently seeking a Junior Team Leader to join our dedicated team at the Haydock branch, covering the South West area.

Junior Team Leader Responsibilities
- To manage a team of Technicians in their daily duties.
- To ensure the delivery of Key KPIs, including - Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity.
- Planning of the routes to ensure maximum customer facing time and minimise driving time
- Field support days
- Maintenance and installing Christmas displays
- Quality audits of sites, stock control, ordering stock
The Role also includes large geography area and involves a lot of driving and also hands on servicing as and when required
Junior Team Leader Requirements
- Full UK Driving License held for 2 years minimum
- Ideally have experience in horticulture
- Interested in plants and plantcare
- Experience of coordinating customer stock requirements to ensure availability for vehicles and routes being served.
- Leadership skills in a work environment
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
