Exterior Maintenance Terrace Technician, Brentwood
Position: Exterior Maintenance Technician
Contract: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Permanent
Salary: Basic salary £28,232 per annum

The Role
As an Exterior Maintenance Technician, you will work on-site, ensuring high-quality service to our exterior customer base. This role offers an opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced company with a friendly team, with prospects for progression and development in the interior and exterior planting sector.
Main duties include:
- Managing irrigation and watering of plants
- Grass cutting and strimming
- Shrub pruning and plant care
- Weed maintenance and pest control
- Completing digital records via smartphone app
- Liaising with customers
- Autumn clearing and spring preparation
Requirements:
- Full UK driver\’s license
- Experience in garden maintenance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
