Position: Exterior Maintenance Technician
Location:Selby
Contract: Full Time 42.5 hours per week, Permanent
Salary: Basic salary £27,340k per annum (40hr Week)

The Role
Working as a Exterior Maintenance Technician, you will work on site ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever growing exterior customer base.

Your main duties will include:
- Grass cutting and strimming
- Shrub pruning, plant care and hedge cutting
- Weed maintenance
- Using a range of powered and non-powered horticulture equipment
- Complete all digital records required through smart phone application
- Liaising with customers
- Autumn clearing
- Spring preparation
- Mowing
- Heavy lifting will be required
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Full UK drivers licence
- Garden maintenance experience is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Plant knowledge would be advantageous
- Qualification in Horticulture is desirable but is not essential
As part of your role, you will be required to;
- Always act in a professional manner as a representative of the organisation.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety requirements
- Ensure that the clients are always completely satisfied
- Initiate suggestions to improve the organisations performance
- Complete timesheets and other paperwork and ensure all is handed in promptly
