The Role
Working as a Roof Terrace Maintenance Technician, you will work on site ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever-growing exterior customer base. This opportunity is for someone looking to join a busy, fast-paced business where you will be working with a friendly and welcoming team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company in the Interior and Exterior planting sector where progression and development are encouraged.
Your main duties will include:
- Managing irrigation and watering to plants as required
- A small amount of pedestrian grass cutting and strimming
- Shrub pruning, plant care
- Weed maintenance and pest control
- Complete all digital records required through smartphone application
- Liaising with customers
- Autumn clearing
- Spring preparation
Requirements:
- Always act in a professional manner as a representative of the organisation.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety requirements
- Ensure that the clients are always completely satisfied
- Initiate suggestions to improve the organisation's performance
- Complete timesheets and other paperwork and ensure all is handed in promptly
