We are currently seeking a Service Driver to join our dedicated team at the Morecambe branch, covering the Whitehaven and North Lakes area. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive, industry‑leading training. Salary and Benefits

  • Competitive Salary Package: Basic salary of £26,655 per annum. Expected OTE: £27,500 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

Service Driver Role

As a driver, you will visit a number of different customer sites to service their washroom products, including feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers and floor mats. Key responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading units and floor mats, requiring physical fitness.
  • Ensuring your vehicle is safe at all times, driving responsibly and following RI Drive Smart guidance.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
  • Ability to use own initiative and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Demonstrated pride in the job you do.
  • May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.
