We are currently seeking a Junior Management Accountant to join our dedicated team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave, working 5 days per month at either our Dudley or Camberley offices.

The Role
As a Junior Management Accountant, you will be supporting the finance team with various financial reports and planning along with ensuring that the accounts and finance function are following all statutory requirements and processes. This role will also involve analysing information and assisting the business in understanding it for various business requirements. This is a junior level role suited to a new qualified Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting for our portfolio of properties.
- Completing month end reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts (including rent, rates, utilities & mobile phone costs).
- Ensuring accurate journal completion.
- Ensuring delivery of all key reports.
- Assisting with annual budgeting process.
- Providing support to Management Accountants to help the business understand their performance.
- Other ad‑hoc assignments as they arise.
Requirements
- AAT‑qualified or part‑qualified ACCA/CIMA advantageous.
- Previous accountancy experience.
- Strong IT skills in particular with Excel.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
