The IT Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring completion of all compliance activities and controls across SOx in scope controls. The role will focus on continuously tracking compliance activities and controls to ensure completion, identifying gaps, and reporting findings to stakeholders. Collaborating closely with IT teams, business units, and management to ensure everyone understands and adheres to compliance requirements and they are completed in an accurate and timely manner. The role will be responsible for preparing content to aid with operating of controls and working closely with control owners to improve the process and templates as required. Wider activities with the role will include supporting the wider business with ITGC’s and getting involved in the wider scope of activities which the OOCIO is responsible for delivering.
Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance activities, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and deliver both training and communication materials on compliance requirements for IT staff and other users.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and management to ensure everyone understands and adheres to compliance requirements.
- Communicate complex compliance matters effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and their impact on compliance.
- Manage compliance tasks effectively, including planning and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to processes that enhance the organisation's compliance posture.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of compliance controls and processes.
Requirements
Experience
- Experience of Rentokil Initial IT system is desirable.
- Experience in compliance or other relevant discipline is desirable.

- Is familiar with IT hardware, software and operating procedures.
