Role Overview
You will start as a Pest Control Technician, covering a specific geographical area for 6‑12 months. During 12‑36 months you can choose a career path from Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader or Key Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks.
- Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest activity.
- Offer valuable advice to customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
- Complete accurate reports after every visit.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.
Requirements
- A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject, Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
- A desire to work hard and have fun while meeting and interacting with customers daily.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
- May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.
