Requirements
The main purpose of the Payroll Administrator is to process variable pay and be the key liaison point with our payroll provider. Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Collect and collate all additional payment summaries for submission to the payroll provider.
- Calculate commission and bonus payments.
- Maintain commission targets and associated reporting.
- Support on the bonus submission process.
- Communicate key timelines with the businesses.
- Look for opportunities to streamline and speed up the payroll process whilst maintaining the highest levels of accuracy.
- Deal with any payroll queries.
- Complete standard payroll and headcount reports.
- Perform integrity checks on the quality of payroll data.
Requirements:
- Experience within a Finance/Payroll department.
- Solid Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookup, etc).
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail.
