We are seeking a Technician to join our dedicated team at the Barrhead branch, covering Scotland nationwide for Wise Property Care. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Role Responsibilities
- Perform preservation works on-site, including stripping and replacing timber floors, door frames, architraves, and windows.
- Assist with damp proofing, wall coating removal, plastering, woodworm treatments, wall tie installation, and cavity drain membrane installation.
- Provide advice and high-quality service to customers.
- Follow all risk assessments and health & safety guidelines.
- Leave sites clean and tidy.
- Complete additional tasks as required by the branch.
Requirements
- Full UK driving license for over two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Experience as a Labourer or Tradesman in property or construction is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexible working patterns to support business needs.
- Potential DBS check depending on role.
