We are currently seeking a Junior Team Leader to join our dedicated team at the Haydock branch, covering the South West area. If you enjoy driving, managing your own schedule and providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Technicians in their daily duties.
- Ensure the delivery of Key KPIs, including Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, and Productivity.
- Plan routes to maximize customer-facing time and minimize driving time.
- Maintain and install Christmas displays.
- Conduct quality audits of sites, control stock, and order inventory.
- Lead logistics and route planning across a large geography area.
- Perform hands‑on servicing as required.
Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
- Experience in horticulture and interest in plants and plant care.
- Experience coordinating customer stock requirements to ensure availability for vehicles and routes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a work environment.
- Ability to pass a DBS check, depending on the role applied for.
