The Key Accounts Customer Relationship Manager Role

In this role, you will be responsible for retaining and growing businesses by owning the sales, support and service relationships for our key account customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the main point of contact for your customers, while retaining and growing the accounts
  • Providing excellent service to our customers
  • Monitoring service against agreed levels and communicating with customers accordingly
  • Managing the onboarding of new contracts and carrying out introductory reviews
  • Conducting key accounts analysis and generating reports

Requirements

Key Accounts Customer Relationship Manager Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a sales or customer service environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work using your own initiative
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
