We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly individual to serve as a Specialist Services Consultant within the London area where you will work closely with our Local Surveyors and Managers. The Specialist Services Consultant will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the Construction, Facility Management, Architect & Quantity Surveyor and other sectors through presentations, running seminars, target marketing and attending expos as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Specialist Support Consultant will support their Area with regards to all Bird Specialist Services.
  • Report directly to the Specialist Services Manager & Area Operations Manager.
  • Help Surveyors to survey, cost, report and complete all Health and Safety documentation.
  • Ensure that when we survey/cost/install bird related work, that we do it correctly whilst making the desired margins.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders and Local Operations Managers in organising works.
  • Drive innovation and help launch new products and services.
  • Work with Local Management to maintain levels of Sales, Service and Health & Safety in your area.
  • Be a bridge between Sales and Service.
Qualifications
  • Ideally have a detailed and technical understanding of Specialist Services and Products.
  • Pest Control experience an Advantage.
  • Health and Safety awareness and requirements.
  • Proven sales development experience.
  • A passion for customers.
  • Strategic thinker.
