Interior Plant Maintenance Technician Role:

Working as an Interior Plant Maintenance Technician, you will carry out maintenance of tropical plants within a wide sector of businesses, ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever-growing customer base. Your main duties will include:

  • Watering, feeding, and pest control of live plant displays.
  • Replacing dead, dying, or overgrown plant displays.
  • Maintaining artificial plant displays.
  • Assisting with plant display installations.
  • Assisting with seasonal installations.
  • Ensuring all maintenance dockets and documentation are completed.
  • Complying with relevant health and safety.
  • Building good supplier and customer relationships.
  • Being mindful of possible sales opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Full UK drivers licence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Plant knowledge would be advantageous
  • Qualification in Horticulture is desirable but is not essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however full training will be provided

As part of your role, you will be required to;

  • Always act in a professional manner as a representative of the organisation.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety requirements
  • Ensure that the clients are always completely satisfied
  • Initiate suggestions to improve the organisation\'s performance
  • Complete timesheets and other paperwork and ensure all is handed in promptly
