We are currently seeking a Property Sales Surveyor to join our dedicated team at the Rosyth branch, covering the Fife and Perthshire areas. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities- In this field-based role, visit both new and existing customers to survey their properties and provide solutions to property preservation issues.
- Perform daily travel to client sites and be comfortable being on the move.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction with the service.
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Relevant experience within the construction, building maintenance or preservation industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent problem solver.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Background in sales is advantageous as you will work face-to-face with customers regularly.
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
- Company vehicle, fuel card, tools, mobile phone, uniform, and RI Rewards.
- Relocation package: up to £5,000 to help you settle in if relocating from more than 2 hours away.
