We are currently seeking a Vending Engineer to join our dedicated team at the Glasgow branch, covering the West Coast area.
No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training.
If you enjoy driving, managing your own schedule and providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

- The Vending Engineer Role
As a Vending Engineer, you will be fully trained to install, remove, repair and service a variety of machines across various customer sites, from pubs to large corporation premises.
Key responsibilities include
- Carrying out all customer service requests in a professional and responsible manner
- Providing customer feedback and accurate site information to Initial Vending
- Working as part of the overall service delivery team to ensure all work is completed to the required standards and deadlines
- Handling, collecting and counting cash from vending machines
- Adhering to company Health, Safety and Environmental policies
Requirements
Vending Engineer Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
- Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Pride in the job you do
- Cash-handling experience would be preferred, alongside experience handling and electronic equipment however this is something we can provide training on
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
