The Graduate Management Role:

Begin your Graduate journey as a Specialist Hygiene Technician with a 12-month training plan covering a defined geographical area. As a Specialist Hygiene Technician, you will:

  • Deliver essential hygiene services to a variety of clients.
  • Respond to emergency hygiene needs and participate in an on-call rota.
  • Provide expert advice and professional service to clients.
  • Gain hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean-up, infection control, and more.

All the while working towards your Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications in hygiene, plus a BESCA certification in Air or Grease Hygiene. After your first year, you'll have the opportunity to shape your career path with potential Supervisory or Sales opportunities based on performance and availability of roles. You'll be backed up by our tried and tested internal promotion model. Requirements:

  • Minimum 2.2 degree in a BSc or a BA in Management/Hospitality/Logistics/Environmental Health degree.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong work ethic and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to meet business needs.
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check (if required).
