We are currently seeking a Junior HR Advisor to join our dedicated team at the Dudley office. If you have previously worked in a HR capacity and enjoy working closely with colleagues to solve problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Competitive Salary Package: Expected OTE: £30,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

Relocation Package: We may offer up to £5,000 to help you settle in.

Work-Life Balance: Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hr week).

As a Junior HR Advisor, you will support managers across the business and advise them on employee relations issues:

  • Analysing HR data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensuring all new legislation, policies and procedures are communicated appropriately
  • Attending employee relations meetings to take notes

Requirements:

  • Previous HR experience
  • Recognised HR qualification would be advantageous
  • Strong IT skills in particular with Microsoft Office
  • You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
