  • Define acceptance criteria and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Partner with QA and technical teams to squash bugs and deliver solutions that meet the original business intent.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with 2+ years in a Marketing or Digital environment.

  • Basic SQL for querying data.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Exposure to data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and bonus scheme.
  • Hybrid working.
  • 23 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Free parking.
