Rentokil Initial is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to cover corporate and commercial matters for the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of PQE as a commercial lawyer and the ability to negotiate, draft and advise on a wide range of contracts and commercial terms.
You will work with internal stakeholders and external counsel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and contribute to training and policy updates while supporting procurement and supplier relationships.
