We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our dedicated team at the Camberley office. If you have previous experience in payroll processing or finance and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Requirements

The main purpose of the Payroll Administrator is to process variable pay and be the key liaison point with our payroll provider. Key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Collect and collate all additional payment summaries for submission to the payroll provider.
  • Calculate commission and bonus payments.
  • Maintain commission targets and associated reporting.
  • Support on the bonus submission process.
  • Communicate key timelines with the businesses.
  • Look for opportunities to streamline and speed up the payroll process whilst maintaining the highest levels of accuracy.
  • Deal with any payroll queries.
  • Complete standard payroll and headcount reports.
  • Perform integrity checks on the quality of payroll data.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a Finance/Payroll department.
  • Solid Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookup, etc).
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A keen eye for detail.
